Wreck it Ralph and Rampage

This is something I did to pay homage to the video game that preceded Ralph when it came to knocking down buildings - Rampage. The original wrecking crew consisting of a Gorilla (George), a Wereolf (named Ralph, oddly enough) and a Lizard (Lizzie).

I'm not sure who is more excited about the movie, me or my kids. Looks like they tap into a lot of the retro arcade games from my youth for this movie. Should be fun.

Star Wars Chewbacca shirt at WeLoveFine.com

Finally, my Star Wars "Laff it up Fuzzball" art is now on a shirt! It's probably been close to a year since I first did it. But well worth the wait because now it is fully licensed and up for sale at WeLoveFine.com.
Inspired by Han's famous quote.

October print give-away has begun: The Fifth Element

This month's give-away is a print inspired by the movie "The Fifth Element". If you've seen the movie, I think you'll see the reference.

It's from a limited run of 50 prints, Giclee on paper, 24 by 12 inches, signed and numbered. I had originally created it for Gallery1988s Crazy 4 Cult show this past summer. I held on to a few prints.

Just follow this link and click the "Like" button, if you haven't Liked SteveThomasArt yet and enter to win.

The give-away goes until 11:59 p.m. central time this Friday, Oct. 5.

Good luck!

Dark Hall Mansion to release some prints from artist Tom Whalen

Following his Halloween and Christmas success from last year, artist Tom Whalen (one of my favourite artists) has created some more cool prints for Dark Hall Mansion. This time he focused on Snoopy and the Peanuts gang sitting down for Thanksgiving dinner. Limited edition prints go on sale Tuesday, Oct. 2 at 9:30 a.m. PST. There is a good chance they could sell out early, knowing Tom's stuff.
