Retro Thursday

Okay, so it's not Thursday. I missed a day. Anyway, in an effort to make sure I post something at least once a week I'm instituting "Retro Thursday". This is where I'll place an image that I've done in the past. It may be recent or it may be really old. This week, it's not so old. I was trying my hand at yet another vintage poster subject - this time beverages.

Ongoing personal project

I've had this idea in my head for a while now and only just started some sketches. It's a series of 'spy' women throughout time. At the end I hope to do a retro movie poster treatment of them together. I'll update as they are finished.

First post

So, I've entered the blogosphere. I'll try my best to keep it updated with illustrations I'm working on. To start with I'll show something I created for Zazzle.com and the Artsprojekt.
I was given the opportunity to use a Beatles' song for inspiration in my artwork. I chose "Come Together" from a list of various artists and songs. This is what I came up with:
