Official Disney prints now available: Peter Pan and Sleeping Beauty

These have been in the works for some time now. The series finally debuts with prints inspired by "Peter Pan" and "Sleeping Beauty". They come signed and numbered with a certificate of authenticity from Disney and Acme Archives. Size is 13 by 19 inches.

I'm pretty excited to be able to do this kind of artwork centered around Disney movies that have delighted generations, not to mention me and my own kids. There are definitely more to come. So many classics to draw inspiration from.

Skull Rock available here.
Kingdom available here.

Gallery 1988 "Product Placement" screen print show

Opening this Saturday, March 9 (2013), Gallery 1988 is hosting a show where your favourite products are featured. The only twist is, none of them exist. They are all from or inspired by TV, Movies, etc. And each piece of artwork is screen printed.

The possibilities were endless and it took a while for me to decide what to do. With the latest Oz movie opening the same weekend, I found it only fitting to pay homage to the original. The result is "TinMan Lubricants"

Tin Man Quality Oil
50 screen prints
18 by 24 inches
Signed and Numbered
One color on French Paper Dur-O-Tone Butcher Off-White

If you can't make it to the show, Gallery 1988 will have prints available online after the opening night.

Gallery 1988 already has a few preview images on their facebook page.

KHAAAAAAN! (Star Trek)

The latest officially licensed Star Trek image for Bye Bye, Robot is now available.

If you haven't seen the Star Trek episode "Space Seed" or haven't seen it in a while, I suggest you check Netflix or Amazon and watch it. Admittedly I didn't remember much of the episode before watching it again. It makes "Star Trek: The Wrath of Khan" all that much better.

You can find out more about Khan's history here. It will give you a better understanding of where the poster is coming from. Most of the text in this poster is straight from Khan's dialogue in the show.

Size: 16" x 24"
High Quality Heavy Weight
100lb Acid Free Paper
Only $25
