Arcade game propaganda: Part II

Here is another poster in the series. I didn't play this one very much, but I think it lends itself to some propaganda.

    I hate to say it but it took me a long time to "get" this poster. I think I was confused because my first impression was this guy is speed racer! :D If his hands were turned slightly they could be holding a steering wheel. Maybe if you added an enemy or two?
